the order of orderliness

With people coming up with resolutions ranging from myriad to mundane each year...I have decided that I will try to make do with just one:
I have ordered myself to be orderly.
Since my childhood, I have always loved disarray....My mom would shout, cajole, issue repreminds ,but nothing would transform me into a systematic and organised femme. When she once said cleanliness was next to Godliness...I reminded he that I was clean....the clothes and books I threw around on the floor were clean...(along with the floor)...they were just not "in the order world dictates them to be".
During my college days, my roommates would arrange my almirah out or irritation when they realised that despite teaching me a zillion times I just couldn't understand how to fold clothes properly or how to arrange books.
When I was working in Pune though, I was blessed with roommates who resembled me...so our room would remain quite a picture of butterfly effect will the time one of the ladies declared a war of chaos.
Now that I am married...Its a little embarrasing to see the husband arrange my almirah without complain..teaching me again how to fold clothes and arrange books :-(..
So me the besharam has decided to change it all and bring some semblane to things around me ..
