I know some people who believe that if you do things that others don't do(or vice versa), you automatically are catapulted into a social pedestal that's higher than theirs. For example, if you are not on any social networking site,if you don't watch TV,if you don't have a boyfriend/girlfriend etc .. you get my drift.
Now I wonder where this comes from.I know people who believe that doing the things mentioned above impair your brain. I refuse to believe that a marvellous tool like brain should go to shreds by these semmingly innocuous activites.Especially since the power of thinking that a person possesses manifests itself in multiple ways,so you never know what goes on at the back of this seemingly quiet man .... what i mean is this seemingly 'dumb' person might be cooking the recipe for "the mind machine" at the back of his brain.
Then what? A need to feel superior? Probably. What would that come from? An feeling that you are less that others in some way? Maybe. Then why not channelise your brain into actually get better?
Now that I think of it,a real superior person would never think others are less that him in any way.Since he knows that world and nature is wonderful,he would recognise the fact that every person possesses something unique, for which he should be respected.
