Session

There is this small piece of music in meteora called "session" ...nothing much you know, lots of drumbeats and some techno stuff...but I don't understand why it brings out the worst in me...I remember everything wrong that happened in my life...everything i did that i wasn't supposed to , every promise I made and forgot, every interntional/unintentional hurt i caused .

But like a moth drawn to a flame, i get drawn to it all the time...Sometimes when i am angry , I listen to it multiple times ...at least 10 times till the time I become calm .
Now what is that supposed to mean ?
